autovidd is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text scripts and topics. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, images, voiceovers, and rendered video files.

To use autovidd, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use autovidd to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent
• Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts and topics you provide. Videos generated by autovidd using your inputs are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the licenses of our underlying AI providers.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autovidd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
